The country is facing unusually heavy flooding situation. Keeping with ORCA tradition, our volunteers are at the forefront lending helping hands. The immediate needs are drinking water, medicine, and food. Once the immediate needs are met the real work starts with rehabilitation -- housing and sustainability (earnings).
